interaction with the clients and potential clients, Social Media and every
group of people out side of our company.
This CRM gets a
contacts database where you can interact and watch every history detail about
your clients. It has a control panel that contains the most important sell
activities. Every agent can see the transactions and they can get a grade about
the service provided.
The software can
work by mobile devices with the app where you can find the same information and
it’s easy to download by Apple Store and Google play Market.
The owner can link
the CRM to the web site very easily.

is a local Mexican food in Tepic, Nayarit; a city that has a population of 332.863 (2010). As this is a small city, we don't need
a lot of social networks to promote our product. So we choose to use Facebook,
because is the more popular social media, but we are going to increase the use
of all the tools that Facebook Pages has, in a better way of how the company is
using it now. It’s important that consumers can see what the restaurant offers
such as products, services, promotions, location, events, etc. It is
necessary we can turn to a wider market and be more known, also it is easy to
measure the level of viewing audience publications, and the results can be
known in a short period of time.
Loyalty program
Our
loyalty program proposal for Cheros Restaurant is based on a loyalty card,
which gives benefits to clients for being a frequent customer. This card will
give to the customer a dessert for every three visits and will allow him to
accumulate points at each visit. At the
end of the month depending of the points that the client accumulated, he would
be able to choose a meal from a rank of dishes, and only pay the half of its
price. The points will expire every three months.
May be you can make a web page because foreings would search restaurants to visit by internet though. Aldo you could make a forsquare page so Vallarta visitors would find you easier
